The residential building A2Stil is carefully designed in the desire to make optimum use of every detail in the apartment so that future tenants may enjoy a comfortable life in a modern and functional environment.

There are 18 residential units in the building on a total of 5 floors. The ground level and each of the typical floors have 4 apartments of varying structure, from studios to 2.5-room apartments, while on the withdrawn floor there are two modernly designed penthouses overlooking the Zvezdara Forest and the Danube. In the underground part of the building there is a 3-level garage with 20 parking spaces, as well as storage rooms allocated to each residential unit.

The building will be built in accordance with the latest construction technologies as well as the highest construction standards. In construction we use high quality materials, and special attention is dedicated to the selection of finishing materials.

External walls will be thermally insulated, windows and balcony doors will have Low-E glass coating combined with argon gas, which ensures a reduction in heat loss and low UV emission. Staircase floors will be equipped with first-class granite ceramics.

The main contractor of the residential building A2Stil will be the renowned construction company “Exing b&p” doo, a company with long-term and extensive experience in the construction industry of Serbia.

Investor
The investor in the residential building A2Stil is the company “Aramont” doo, a construction company that completed the project “Danube Terraces”, one of the first large residential-commercial complexes in the city of Belgrade.

The interior of the apartments will be equipped with oak parquet flooring and first-class ceramic tiles, veneered security doors and electric heating system. The stone wool facade will ensure energy efficiency, and wrought iron balcony fences will aesthetically complete the building as a whole.

.04 Location

A2Stil is a new residential building located in a very quiet family neighborhood of Old Karaburma, in Čiče Romanijskog Street no. 5. The location is only a 10-minute drive (3.0 km) from the Republic Square and is well connected with other parts of the city. Proximity of the urban area of Višnjička Street offers future tenants a modern concept of living with its accompanying facilities – “Big Fashion” Shopping Center, BIG Retail Park.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is its proximity to the Danube.
